Real-time tracking of schedule and budgets, monitoring changes, preparing monthly reports, forecasting, and advising on corrective measures to keep projects financially on track.
QA/QC processes and inspections during key stages to ensure workmanship meets specifications — reducing rework and upholding brand standards.
Coordination with contractors to ensure OSHA best-practices and site safety programs are enforced. Site safety plan review, toolbox talks and documentation support.
Review and administration of contract documents, change orders and claims avoidance practices.
Vendor selection, RFQ/RFP support, permitting strategy and inspector coordination to streamline approvals and procurement.
Evaluation of lease agreements and landlord work letters to protect tenant-owner scope expectations and budget clarity.
Facilities planning, operational transition, maintenance strategy and documentation to support long-term asset management.
